Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least one week prior notice.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 7 days prior before the actual schedule will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the reserved services, whichever is more.

  • If you are more than three hours late for your service request, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

  • We request that you cancel at least 1 week before your scheduled meet. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client. You may call us at between the hours of [Business Hours] to cancel.

    Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 1 week prior notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 1 week prior notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
